i must know how it was done.

I must admit that putting the led on the top end instead of the bottom looks so much better. It can be inside or outside the housing we need a closer look. If it was inside you have to pry open the housing (there are 2 DIYs on how to do this) If it's outside you can get cheap ebay strips and stick it around the edges. From the looks of the edges of the led I would have to lean towards possibility 2.

for it to be a clean install, it would have to be inside the headlight.

FUCK putting the fake ass LED rope around the headlight on the outside.. that just makes it ricey as hell

leds look nice when done tastefully. can't tell u how many maxima's i've seen with the angled benz leds at the foglight area. they're blue and not as nice as the benz. i shake my head everytime i see one.

Im with McMiyoung on this one, just because cars that werent developed with LED strips originally, dont look that great when they're added; because its not part of the original design thats all. Its hard to pull it off because adding the led strips is rarely done in an OEM looking way.

Im not hatin though, if you wanna do it I 100% encourage you to. Im just stating my personal opinion that I think it is difficult to pull off in a way that suits my taste, but dare to prove me wrong

normally i would agree with you but i think in this case, its done very well.
i highly doubt i would do it. im scared to crack em open to clear em let alone try to add more lights in the housing.

i just thought it looked good.

ed can you find that video with russian CU2 that has the LED headlights. They looked boss as fuck. I remember the video was taken while the car was driving if that helps.

ive thought about trying to make some splitters but with a SE front, i dont think it would look right. it looks perfect on the modulo front.
