but he lives a few blocks away, and neighbors may call the cops when they see a guy in a tinted acura run out to a driveway with 4 benz's in it... the cops all know me, but it will still be awkward explaining that im just taking measurements so we can properly handle and shape whale jizz

Dave make sure you measure the curvature of the roof also. You'll have to modify the equations below to have a z component added in. Good luck!
