Red paint fade!
The red pigment is weaker than other pigments and thus oxidizes and fades at a faster rate.
Even with a clear coat, blue and green wavelengths are absorbed. Since they contain greater energy, they can cause more bleaching effect.
It also may be that Honda uses a lower quality of red paint than other manufacturers.

I was actually the proud owner of a 1998 Milano Red Integra. You need to take extra care of it or you WILL have Milano Pink; and forget it if you have to have a panel color matched, lol.
Milano Red is actually a Tri Coat paint:
Orange/Red Base
Red/Purple tint
Clear Coat
Don't skimp on the TLC!!!
