Performance Upgrades?

Has anyone been able to find any performance upgrades? I am looking for a cold air intake but cannot find one.

The manufacturers will make something; it just takes a little bit of time. I'm sure AEM, INJEN, and FUJITA all have something in the works.

I've already harrassed Nate @ CT-Engineering (conspicuously, he and the others there are what made up Comptech USA) now the H/A parts division CT is considering making intakes, exhaust, and maybe some other goodies.

They won't be the first to market, but I'll be patient, as the stuff is without a doubt worth the wait. I'm really looking forward to maybe a Ti 4 point front brace and an upgraded rear sway bar, springs, CF intake, stainless exhaust and a Hondata reflash. Then again, maybe I'll wait and do the reflash if there's any potential for a supercharger.

Bump...anyone heard anything yet other than the upcoming Tein stuff? I sure would like an icebox style intake.

I even tried to get a K&N drop in because I'm getting bored. Nothing yet. =(

Other than some ugly chrome grill replacements, I haven't seen/heard of anything. Then again, I haven't looked hard either.

Marcus is right. There should be a cold air intake and a throttle body spacer available within the next month. I'll tell you what I think.

The brakes are really similar from 08-09. The Racingbrake front rotors work apparently. No word on pads yet.

How about a nice caliper bracket (torque member) that would allow us to use TL-S Brembo calipers and (?) rotors for a BBK?

Yes, AFE is even working on a 09 TL application.

I'm sure AFE is working a spacer but I also have P2R working on one.

Yeah, I did that on my 06 Alti SE-R...kinda. I used a 94-01 Comptech Integra icebox. It worked great. (I would do anything to avoid putting $1 in AEM's pockets.)

Weak / soft brakes. Just lacks initial bite. The car still pulls up in a hurry when you stomp on it though. Easily fixed with pad change.

I got a loaner brand new Fit / Jazz to drive around in when I got my CU2 serviced, It had the same brake issue / feel. Must just be the Honda way now?
