Hi all,

As you can see from my flood of recent threads, Im hot on a sencond gen TSX. There is a CPO at Paragon in Queens im interested in for a great price. Almost "too good to be true." Im hearing horror stories about them, though. Borderfine fraud stuff. Whats the story there? Should I stay away?

Horror stories on a CPO or the Paragon dealership?

 

Dealer. Damaged cars sold as CPOs, unreported accidents, stuff like that.

 

I guess where's there is smoke, there is fire. Did you ask for a Carfax? Doesn't the dealer have to sign a legal statement regarding the repair history of the car? If they won't do either of these options, then I would not buy from them.

 

Theres a clean carfax listed but people here have stated that they have bought cars with clean carfaxes there and they were still in accidents. I know carfax doesnt report everything. For example, if the car was hit and fixed on the side out of pocket, it wouldnt show up.

 

If I had this much doubt about buying a car, I would not do it.

 

Skippin' it. Too many negative reviews.

 

I have seen nothing but terrible reviews about that dealership. Couldn't pay me to step foot in there.
