Oil change question

I changed the oil today. More precisely, they changed it for me.

Comrades, there is a sample of the oil on the napkin - on the upper spot, the sample was taken directly from the tube, and on the bottom, it is from the stick pierced and removed from the engine.

The question is - is it normal for brand new oil to have this color? So the guy took the filter off first, but I got distracted and he put the new one on very quickly and I doubt if he let the oil drain properly. Then he removed the plug and there I was already looking and it flowed very well. I know there is an unburnable residue that always stays no matter what, but it still seems to me that with previous changes, the newly changed oil seems to be lighter. Has anyone done a comparison similar to mine? I guess once the new oil gets to the engine it can never be the same color as in the tube.

He probably didn't let the old oil drain for long enough.

Brand new oil should be a translucent gold color.
