welcome! Glad to see more people getting the wagon. I really like the taillights of the wagon. Wished they put that on the sedan

Hey, I like the chrome handles and trim. They provide a nice contrast to the dark graphite color. But I know, everyone should enjoy their car in their own way.

Agreed. I really like the contrast of the silver handles and roof rack on the dark grey paint.

+3 I like the chrome on the doors too. provides a nice break in the color of the door.

for LEDs, you should check out exledusa.com they have custom sized LED bulbs for the entire interior and trunk/license but i'm not sure how the wagon trunk light looks...hrm...

your posts have been fine. as long as you know how to search the forums for a possible existing issue before making a thread about anything, you're golden. also prepare some thick skin...we make fun, tease and ridicule each other. a lot. but it's all in good fun.

I dunno...maybe it's just the thin look of the reverse lights that appeals to me.

ahh i see. yea maybe i'm used to the bigger housings of the reverse lights. having such small ones is kind of bleh to me. a little why i'm not too crazy about the ILX design. kind of makes me wonder how such a small opening could have the same light output for the larger tsx one.

This. I like how it contrast with the rest of the car. It's classy and not overly done/gaudy.

The taillights work on both cars. I dont think they'll look good on each other, meaning the sedan tails look good on the sedan and wagon's tails look good on the wagon. They fit their own body styles respectively and wouldn't work vice-versa.

like but I would never buy a 2x2 if I lived in CO. TSX Wagon desperately needs AWD if it is going to compete with all those damn Subaru's!

Actually, it is a 2x4 (or 4x2 depending on your orientation) and that - along with the proper tires, is plenty for most places. The advantage of a traditional 4x4 is generally ground clearance and uphil traction. The first is generally not needed for plowed roads and the second depends on the roads (and driveways) that you frequent.

But yes, I agree that an AWD TSX would be nice.

awd or 4wd would be nice.....but I dont care what you have..on city streets its all about ground clearance. and my wagon doesnt have any....so awd or not its use in any kind of snow is limited. I have a Cherokee for that anyway.

but since i am here in CO next winter I will have some sort of winter tire in use. actually in CO and even here in denver the only months it never snowed was July and August. I have seen measurable in early June as well as September. So the reality is you use winter tires MORE than summer tires. October to May for sure.

Also THANKS for all the comments; keep 'em coming. Im teflon and really do appreciate other ideas.

I HATE CHROME.

so is m yidea of getting handles that fit in factory painted a PIPE DREAM?? forget the fact of what YOU like; help me figure my mod out LOL.

Looks like a 1975. I had a Sedan Deville of that vintage. Great car - I only got about 10mpg highway though.

its actually a 1976.the last year of them.

at 2-3000 miles per year it really doesnt matter about gas mileage.

Congrats. What are all those Subaru drivers gonna say when they see you don't have AWD in Denver? I guess you can smile and wave!

I think the only alternative is a bodyshop to strip the chrome and paint the handles.
