New TSX Owner!

Hello and Happy Holidays to all,I recently purchased my 2009 TSX non-tech a few months ago. I have been reading this forum for a few months now.I really enjoy it,tons of info! My previous vehicle was a 2005 Audi A4. But due to some un-fortunate circumstances with the mechanic ,and the fact I was going overseas in a short amount of time(U.S.Military) I had to find a vehicle quickly. So I lucked out and found My TSX....I have been doing my research on a few topicsmhere and there, mainly head unit replacement.I have found some great links with alot of the information I need,Thank you! As soon as I get back stateside I can start doing things with car but for now,all I can do now is research parts and save some cash for mods! I will post a few pics of her soon! Have a Merry Christmas and have a great 2016!

Congrats! My wife and I own a 2011 TSX that we leased new, then bought when the lease was up. It's probably the best car we've ever owned, and we like it so much, it influenced me to buy a 2010 MDX for myself!

Thanks everyone! I had always liked the 2nd gen TSX it is a sexy car! It definitely is a great car. The day after I purchased it I drove it from upper state New York to Indiana and she did well! I do miss the AWD on my Audi though...but its ok I will get me another one or maybe a TL...

I really like it. It has quite a few miles...94,000 when I bought it. But it was a one owner, woman owned, always garaged, always taken to the Honda dealer for service (no Acura dealers in North Dakota where they lived). It is just as quiet inside driving down the road as our TSX with half as many miles is. Because it's heavier than the TSX, with a longer wheelbase, it's more "refined"...the TSX does have a tight suspension, whereas the MDX is more of a cushy ride. Seats are really comfortable, just as in the TSX. The MDX is a Tech/Entertainment, where the TSX is just a base model, so it has a few more "bells and whistles". I'd post a picture of it, but for some reason, I can't.

I lament that Acura replaced the TSX with the ILX. The TSX could have been sportier than the TLX and left in the lineup. Oh well

The ILX did not "replace" the TSX. The TSX and TL were combined into the TLX.

Whatever you want to say, when I go as a prospective buyer interested in an entry level sedan, my option is a crap Civic instead of a larger, better TSX.

Or the larger 4cyl TLX which starts nearly the same MSRP that the outgoing TSX was at.
