Been lurking for a couple days but decided to join. Thanks to all of you already for helping with some insight(even if you did not know I was there!)
Just purcahased last week a 2009 TSX Tech, palladium with taupe interior. Not by choice, I had a 2004 TSX with just 43k miles on it but it was totaled by a hailstorm in Phoenix three weeks ago. Had no intention of replacing the 04 but could not drive a car that was dimpled like a golf ball.
For those wondering if the 2G is worth upgrading to because they love their 1G I would vote yes. It seems sportier and the tech advances with blutooth etc are awesome.

Mostly dollars and cents. I had not planned on a car purchase in the near future but the hailstorm decided otherwise for me I only put on about 6k miles a year and the four year warranty would run out on me way before the mile limit is hit anyway. And I found a tech with a good price and decided to jump on it.

This gives you a good idea of what size hail was pelting my poor lamented 04! Many were literally over 1 1/2", so larger than golf balls.

I would have said I would never see them in Phoenix either!
I am originally from the Midwwest but I have never seen them there either. This was an unbelievable storm that went though here.
