My TSX is menopausal?

I bought my car back in 12/4/10 and after 11 months and 11,000 miles of owner ship I'm calling my car out. I think my car is menopausal. To be more precise the throttle response is inconsistent.

Sometimes it wants to go fast. During those times the transmission holds the gears well in D and I can hear the engine being alive. It's truly a blast to drive when my car wants to be driven. Sometimes it does not want to do anything at all. I step on it and response is slow, the engine sounds like it came from a beat up Sebring, the transmission can't figure what what gear it should be in.

I'm wondering if any of you guys experience this inconsistency. I am not sure what's causing this at all. The car can be alive on the way to the supermarket but on the way back it's a different car. It can be one way in the morning but when I get out of work it wants to go 110mph.

my throttle response is consistantly horrible, once in a while I almost stall because of it. Tap the gas to bring revs up and it reacts so slow I'm already letting the clutch out before the engine knows what's up. Never had any issue in normal throttle cable cars. My 08 R6 is drive by wire and very responsive, 2nd gen TSX drive by wire blows, or at least 09 does

The 11 is temperamental, especially easy to confuse it using the paddle shifters. I've found times where it downshifts to 2nd gear while slowing and get "stuck" there. A quick flick of the right paddle fixes it, but its still strange.
