My One and Only Mod...
...and I'm not sure if it's even considered a "mod" per se...
Anyway, I kept going back and forth on the idea of getting a custom-made dashboard DVD/Navigation system, but I just couldn't justify spending $1,500 minimum. So I simply decided to get a portable little Garmin and mounted it onto an A/C vent bracket. Total Cost: $239 after Best Buy price-matched the Garmin. Frugal, practical and pretty clean looking. I'm okay with that.

thats a pretty nice/clean/cheap solution to adding a GPS. I live in a smaller city so I really dont need one but I gotta keep this in mind if I ever do find myself in need of one.

maybe change your center console out to the navi console:

and then mount your gps where the oem gps is ment to be? only thing i would be afraid of if your missing wiring to make the navi centerconsle to have all the info display =/

Nice clean mod, I like it.
In regards to swapping out your radio i'm pretty sure the computer will bitch since the "radio code" is different. Not sure the car would accept it.. Not to mention you'd lose the radio display and be left with a little display on the navi control.
