Just bought a TSX and need to get started fixing it up

Hey, new here

I got a 2011 Acura TSX Base with around 66k miles on it. When I bought it, it had a few things wrong with it so I was able to negotiate a decent deal. Now that I'm getting around to fixing it, I was wondering if anyone has seen these issues before or has any tips to go about fixing them.

1. Overhead rattle. I think it's coming from the trim piece surrounding the Homelink buttons
2. Rear driver side power lock doesn't work. I think it's just an actuator but not sure how hard it is to replace it.
3. Driver side windshield trim piece seems to be lifting up. I can pop it back in but it lifts up when I drive at highway speeds. Might just glue it down.
4. This is one, I'm more concerned about. Driver side front window makes an audible "thud" sound when rolled all the way down. Isn't stuck or anything and rolls up at the same rate as the other windows. Just makes the noise when it hits the bottom of its travel. I don't want my window getting damaged or worse, getting stuck open, I might just take it to the mechanic for this one unless it's an easy fix.

So yeah, that's what i'm dealing with. From what i've read, most of these are common issues with Acuras/Hondas but that window one is something I'm definitely concerned about. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I have a 12 SE

1. Occasionally there is some rattle but I also have a subwoofer that may have caused this. It's rare, most of the time it's silent.
2. My pass side front door unlock is similar. It's a common problem and can be fixed by dissasembling and adjusting the pins that make contact with the board.
3. Buy some JB plastic weld and do this - https://acurazine.com/forums/second-.../#post16409183
4. This is totally normal. It wont break. These doors are very thin on the inside. Two choices, live with it and know it's not going to break or buy noise dampening matting, take off the interior door trim, and slap it everywhere you see. I did this on both front doors and it was so worth it. Doors close very nice now and no more thud when rolling down the windows. I hated how the doors sounded like kicking a tin can when closing the doors.

Why would the window issue happen on some doors and not others? Shouldn't every door be made the same? Maybe it won't break but it does sound like it's hitting something at the bottom of its travel that it shouldn't be hitting.

More use than the others? Take the door panel off and you will see, there is not much to it. There may have been a cusion that helps prevent this that has worn out.

Put the sound deadening material on the doors and thank me later

Thanks!
1. I stuffed some cotton-ball type material in the space where the headliner meets the front windshield. Stopped all rattles from up there.
