i need to vent!

so today my sister came back from college for the weekend..i have a generally small garage, so i have my tsx on the right side, took the civic out the street so she can park her cr-v in. she got off the car, went to the back seat to get her stuff. BAM! opened her door fast and hard made a door ding on my car. i was shocked. all she did was kept laughing, telling me im going to get a ding sooner or later anyways. pisses the hell outta me. although the mark is not that visible and its relatively small...its the first bump/scratch i've ever got.

Why not choke her to death while telling her she is going to die anyway?

OK maybe not the best idea. I would make her pay for it and if she does not take her to small claims court, she needs a lesson here.

I agree with the dude above about his first comment! Haha, that is hilarious!

However, I don't think a small claims court is necessary. She is family dude, yeah she's still young and in college, but that's not excuse. Make her pay for it or tell your parents, your parents should do something about it. Small claims court for your own family member? I mean come on now? How american can you get? But I'd be pissed off too. If my younger brother did that, he know I'd be super pissed and he would not even speak up. Your sister however, does need to be taught a lesson.

It'll be a bit difficult to "make" your sister do anything since she's older than you. That's why she "laughed" because she knew she could get away with it. She wouldn't just "laugh" it off if she did it to some random person anywhere else.

I HIGHLY disagree with trying to take her to court. That's ridiculous.

It is most definitely wrong of her to show no remorse for what she's done, though. I sympathize with you, bro.

Sorry.

I'd ask her to pay for the paintless dent removal. Seems like a reasonable request.

Even though is minor, it's still damage to personal property. The dent has devalued your property. Tell her she'll need to pay for the repair bill in order to be made whole. Also let her know you're not looking to come out better, but that you just want it back to when the ding never happened.

OR grab a mallet and bang the s**t out of her door.

My sister's too scared to even go near my car.

My dad, however, scares me. His ladders hang on the wall around my car, as well as some other stuff he uses. Makes me nervous when he starts moving stuff around over there.

Go find her designer purse (every girl has at least one) and put a big ass stain on it and tell her it was bound to happen sooner or later.

I would have calmly backed the TSX out of the garage, pulled the Civic in next to her CR-V, and done the following:

(I quote this from S2Ki)

"One night I was talking to my girlfriend while on my cell phone and there was a big traffic jam so I pulled into a K Mart parking lot. I can't remember what the event was (maybe forth of July) but there was a lot of traffic so I just sat there talking on the phone since it was obvious that I wasn't going anywhere for a while.

I was reclined back in my seat relaxing on the phone so it wasn't readily apparent that I was in the car.

This burgundy Toyota Camry parks on my driver's side. This lady freaking throws her door open wiiiiide and it hits my door really hard. She doesn't realize I'm in the car.

She turns to her husband who was driving and says yucks it up about how she just slammed the shit out of my car. He thinks it's just teh funniest thing he's ever heard and he tells her to do it again. I suspect he was just being a smartass but she saw his smartass and raised him one cuntface and she deliberately slammed her car door into my door again.

Her two kids, maybe 3-6 years of age just think all of this is hilarious. She sees that they are yucking it up in the back seat and opens their door and hits my rear driver's side door ON PURPOSE to amuse them.

Little junior son of a bitch #1 nearly pisses himself laughing. He gets out of the car and slams his door into my rear door!!!

It's a freaking family affair. Comedy hour at K Mart at my expense.

The lady turns to reflect upon the carnage she has inflicted on my car and she sees me in the car staring at her in disbelief. For a split second I can tell that she is startled to see me, but then she puts on this shit-eating grin and looks at me and shrugs like , "ehh, life is silly, aint it?"

If this had happened at any other time under any other circumstances I would have probably hopped out of the car and started screaming. But my some miracle my rage was surpassed by a moment of clarity. I knew exactly what I needed to do.

I just smirked at her and let her and her family walk into K Mart without a word shared between us.

Once they got out of sight I eased my driver's side door open, I turned in my seat so that my feet were now resting on the arm rest of the door double-foot kicked my door as hard as I could sending it flying into her door.

Now, this particular year of Nissan Sentra has the type of seat belt where the shoulder strap buckles to the window frame on the door.

I utilized this strap as a return mechanism for my battering ram, err uhh door. I would kick the door and then pull it back with the seat belt. Kick, pull, kick, pull, lather rinse repeat.

I literally kicked my door into hers at least 20 times, hell, maybe 50. I just let all of my anger out and I just beat the shit out of her shiny new car.

Her door was completely caved in. You could see the outline of her side impact beam where the metal had collapsed around it.

I fired my shit bucket up and rejoined the traffic jam feeling like a million bucks." (Mr. E.G.)

haha! All my kids are afraid to go near my tsx. I padded my 3 lolly columns in the garage and removed anything hanging, that gravity might get the best of.

Make that sister of yours pay for the damages and hope, her regard for personal property improves with age.

Classic stories! LOL...just last week, I left my TSX parked on the street and a kid spun out on his bike and crashed into my front left bumper...3 nice 6" scratches and a couple gouges! My neighbor told me as she saw it all. She tried to get the kids to stick around but they drove off. I know who it is, but have yet to take action.
