How much should I pay for left over 2012 TSX Wagon tech as of January 2013?

After contemplating for many months via reading comments from all of you, I am finally ready to purchase a TSX Wagon, before Acura discontinues it in the near future... I love the right mixture of performance, style, and utility comes from this wagon. Color? Graphite Luster is my top choice.
My local dealer told me there are some 2012 leftovers and willing to give me a good deal (of course they want to get rid of them). How much do you think will be the reasonable price for 2012 TSX Wagon Tech. package taking depreciation element into consideration? Thank you so much for your help!! For your information, Edmunds says MSRP is $35905 (invoice $32884) including destination.
