Hitch for wagon

I am looking at the Curt hitch for an '11 TSX wagon. At e-trailer.com, it sells for $141.95 and also shows a "Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring" kit for $64.94. Do I need that wiring kit? I want to put on a rack to hold 4 bikes. The hitch is also sold on Amazon for about the same price, but it looks like without the ball mount, so I am guessing the e-trailer one would be better since that has a ball mount.

Thoughts on this? Thanks.

I bought
THIS THIS
model from Amazon. I'm only using it for a bike rack, so didn't need a ball mount nor wiring harness.

FYI: The installation was easy and the hitch works well.

Thanks for your response. Which bike rack did you buy?

E-trailer tells me the Curt hitch is only designed to hold two bikes, which is a bummer.

So far, so good. The rack and hitch have worked great.

I bought the same setup, Curt hitch and Allen 3 bike rack except I bought the premium one to make it a little easier for the wife to drop the bikes out of the way and access the hatch.

Be aware on the hitch that you do not need to remove the plastic guard under the car for fit. Its the one that is under the spare tire area. Don't waste your time removing it. You will need to remove the heat shields from the mauufler and trim them per instructions but its really easy.

This hitch is priced at $126 shipped (today anyway) on Amazon and includes a ball mount. The light kit is $32.57 (shipped).
