Looks great!

Not bad. I think it'd look better if covered all the silver on the grill though. Might be priced out of most people's reach though (if it's real CF anyway).

Looking at it again, the silver part that's left makes the front of the car look like it's got some retarded smile. No offense.

The CTE stuff is definitely real, like the S2K airbox covers and NSX engine covers & all. I've handled this stuff firsthand & it's the nicest fit & finish you'll see anywhere.

I'll probably paint the silver lower piece NBP to match the car, then accent the opening with the CTE piece.

I wonder if it's a replacement piece or a cover?

I think its just a cover thats stuck on. From the install instructions ive seen for the areo bumper, it shows it as one piece.

This is a replacement carbon fiber grill. It is not a cover. It bolts into the same position as the stock grill. The only thing is I would recommend buying a new emblem and hardware for the emblem which I think is less than $25 since the OE emblem is a PITA to remove and it usually breaks.

Do they ever stock these things in retail places so I can see one in person or do you have to take your chances and order it?

I think that would be too dark and wouldn't flow as well.

Heh, you said 'beak' heh heh...if that's the case, the TSX is a baby condor.

If it looks good with the polished metal I'll hit it but I'm concerned about having competing shades of gray.

It's a start but it makes the car look like it has a moustache, I can't imagine how much more pronounced it would be on a lighter color car. Like another poster said, they need to do the whole grill and it will be much more popular, even with a higher price. That said at first I really detested the new TSX grill, but it has really grown on me, on some colors I think it actually looks good. The TL on the other hand... not so much.

Hah! That is pretty funny, I didn't think about a moustache until you mentioned it. By the same token, unless you're on top of it like in the photos, it just looks black like the Mugen center..piece...thing.

Has anyone put on of these on yet? I saw one installed at my local dealer. They said that they have sold a few and had them in stock. I couldn't decide if I wanted one.
