Handling better with VSR on or off?

Just wanted to know what the members think: Do you prefer the handling of the car with vsr on or off during spirited driving in dry weather conditions?

I usually turn my 'vsr' in my bmw off for spirited driving, but on the TSX if find that torque steer is induced when you turn it off, but when you leave it on it modulates the power to going to the front wheels (cuts power intermittently).

Please let me know your thoughts on the aforementioned.
