Since our highbeam lights are bit yellowish, I decided to upgrade the bulbs into something more white. As I was finished swapping out the bulbs, I turned on the car to see if they worked, & they did. The only problem is they don't work as my car is on like they normally would, they only work when i turn on my high beams. Did I do anything wrong? plz help

What did you do wrong/how did you fix it? Please don't just say you fixed something without explaining. I am thinking about changing out the lights and would like to understand the possible issues people run into.

There was nothing wrong, the high beams only come on when you push forward on the stalk. Or pull back on the stalk in the 'flash to pass' mode.
