Gauged and dented rocker panel :(

Good day guys and gals. I made a sharp right turn out of my driveway forgetting that I placed a cement block on the curb and I of course fudged up my passenger side rocker panel.

I'm thinking about buying the OEM sideskirts to hide that gauge. Is it possible to use just 3M tape to hold up the OEM sideskirts?

Its 500 to repair the gauge and dent

The side skirts use a long metal strip that is two sided taped on then the skirt slides onto it and a coulpe of screws inside the front wheelwell very easy just did mine last week and they look good
