Front bumper beam

My 2010 TSX got into an accident with the car ahead of us. The hood and the lights are fine but there is a minor damage to the bumper. The grille on the other hand is completely destroyed. It also looks like the front bumper beam (looks like it's made out of aluminum) was bent from the accident. Looking at the diagrams online, it looks like they're attached onto the car with bolts. Is this something that I can replace on my own? I have never taken the bumper apart so I have no idea. Any help would be great!

The bumper is easy to remove. Grille is mounted on bumper.

All the lower grilles and fogs are all seperate parts so need reuse if good or replsce too.

The aluminum piece also easily removed once grille and bumper is removed.

There are 3 mounting tabs for the headlights easily busted check them too.
