Found my new wheels! (I think)

Ok guys need your opinion on these wheels:

I will getting the 17X7 and install the sucky stock tires on it for now. This wheels should compliment the black and chrome theme with the car!

IMHO, dont get aftermarket 17's. either go bigger or stay stock. i dont think it would be worth the money to buy aftermarket 17's, but if you want to go for it.

get a least 18 and use stock rims for winter (if you live in area where its snows)
btw rims look good

I know this probably isnt what you want to hear, but, there's no point in getting aftermarket 17's. Your car will honestly look worse. Invest in 18's or 19's if you can. If you need wheels for winter, then great. But if your buying these to try and make your car look BETTER, nu uh, i dont think this is the way to go.

Those wheels will look really small for 17s. 18s all the way

I was thinking the opposite, that 18 will look too big and hallow. Since, the inside the wheel and outline of the spokes are both black. Also, the ride with 18s and 1" drop will be real harsh? Car is getting tinted and dropped in next 2 weeks, and at that point decision on the wheels will be made.

why would you want wheels the same size are your stock wheels? i'd save the stock ones for winter tires and slap some summer goodness on the new ones...in 18 or larger.

Here is the other option:

I suppose 18 is what I will go with. I really like 5 split spoke design as you can see the wheels on my previous car:

Wonder how much of a drop be good? I was thinking H&R 1.3 all around? Or will 1" be enough? How much can i expect the drop to settle if at all?

Did you not like the ride with them? Or too little of a drop?

Im on coilovers now thats all. If you want to see pics, just look for my thread in the photograph gallery. The springs were great. Perhaps stiffer than the eibach judging by members' reviews, but it is still a very popular spring.
