Fog Light cover

Just noticed my fog light cover is cracked, probably smacked by a rock. I see new assemblies for ~$80 that include everything, housing, bulb, cover, etc.

Is it possible to just replace the cover, or do I need the entire assembly?

Thanks. If it's the same process as the 1st gen (could only find vids on 1st gen), looks like I would need to remove the front bumper?

You can finesse your way in on the passenger side through the wheel well, but the intake resonator box is in the way on the driver's side and requires dropping the bumper to get to that one.

Taking the bumper off is not that bad at all. Mine has been removed a handful of times. Once to add the C-mod grill. One more time to take it off and put the stock grill back on and once more to fix a cracked fog myself.

Thanks. Ack, cracked one is on the driver's side. I'd have to commandeer a friend's place too since my garage doesn't allow doing this.

Great DIY in there. Thanks for sharing. This should come in handy when I am ready to swap in my LED fogs. Good fall project.

I recommend putting some covers by LaminX or other brand over them when you’re done- gravel or other things won’t crack them because they are thick 3m rubbery stuff. They are invisible, although I like the yellow tint on my fogs.
