First "Experience"
I finally sat in one of the new TSX's for the first time today when I went to the dealership to get my oil changed and have a little inspection. I've seen them several times before on the road, but haven't really got a chance to look at them up close.
My Impressions:
My thoughts about the exterior pretty much still hold firm. I don't really think it's top notch. I will say that it does look better in person than it does in the pictures, but it's still nothing to
over.
Once I sat in though.
The first thing I noticed (just like everyone else has said), the seats felt SOOO much better compared to the 1st gen. Not that the first gen seats are bad, but they are almost rocks compared to that.
No. Let me rephrase. They are very supportive seats, but the leather and everything just seems like that 'notch up' above the previous gen. They were very comfortable. I'm not sure the dimensions of the steering wheel (I'm sure it's been discussed somewhere on the forum), but it seemed a little bit smaller, which I liked. I also really liked the floating gauges. Those were nice.
Overall, I really liked the interior. Even if it is extremely similar to the Accord, I really liked the it. I dare say, maybe even better than the first gen. Overall, I liked it. I might even say that I would actually enjoy having one. I definitely would like one of the new A4's better (but who wouldn't not paying attention to price
)
That's it.
