Finally Getting Mine, any thing to look for?
Well, I have been a longtime lurker here. I am finally getting my White/Parchment Tech TSX tomorrow. I know there have been a few things with the seat leather coming off, and other 1st year things.. Is there anything I should look for to make sure my car doesnt have TSX specific issues?
Been lurking here since the 2nd gen was announced and I cant wait for tomorrow afternoon!

Depending on the build date of your car, most of the little problems should be fixed. I wouldn't worry too much.

nope not oaks. that would suck. whats even worse is the bf could have like a 10 car garage and would still make me park outside. 2 car garage is currently taken by his audi and 68 camaro

Maybe you could "coax" him to put the camaro in a nearby rented garage, especially if he does not drive it freqently. Somehow woman have a way to get what they want, at least mine of 29 years does, and I am not complaining!

A few things i have found so far on my 3 day old TSX:
1. Memory seat is ONLY for the driver's seat...no memory on the outside mirrors.
2. There is a noise when turning the steering wheel.
3. When you get home, check your tire pressures after letting it sit for a few hours. Most dealers overinflate the tires.
The memory issue is a minor one and i can understand Acura's "cost-cutting" on it to keep cost low...my wife and I can live with it. Anyway, the seat adjustment is the most important.
The steering wheel noise will be looked at next week when they will install my window tint.
Otherwise, this is a fantastic car!! We both love it!

When it comes to garage space, i do not get what i want. Besides the garage is a little tight for two cars, i would not feel comfortable trying to squeeze my car in there with his, my depth perception is not always the best.
