Looking at replacing these, and found this, but its for RSX or older civic.... it looks like it should fit on my '12 TSX. Would i have any issues if i bought these?

You'll most likely need to order new rear bolts for the spark plug cover. I don't think the IM cover will work. You could look under 12+ Si for an IM cover.

I just opted for the OEM 12 Si covers, similar to the Euro engine bay...

 

I believe heel toe has a set for our car.
