Dust and Pollen Filter?

Does anyone know how to replace this kind of air filter?
User Manual does mention about it but nowhere indicates how to replace it or at least where it is.
Thanks

If it's the same as the 1G, I believe it's in the glovebox. Never tried to replace it myself, though. There is a DIY in the 1G section, as well.

My Accord was right under the glove-box as I did replace once but TSX not even mention where it actually is.
Is it something that Acura doesn't want to do ourselves?

Of course they don't want you to do it, I'm sure the dealer has a huge mark-up on the installation and replacement.

But at least they actually show in the manual where the OIL filter is. Why not Dust&Pollen Filter.

Yes, I was surprised that this was missing from the manual, yet oil change was not. It's amazingly easy to change, too. Just remove the tray for the manual (if you have it installed), squeeze the clips on both sides, pull out the cover, then pull out the filter assembly.

Yeah, not sure why they show the oil change, but not other common changes people do like the cabin air filter. I guess a lot of people change their own oil, so they felt they needed to have more detail in the manual.

One thing I've found as well, is that changing your own transmission fluid (not flush) is even easier on some cars than changing your own oil. On my previous 2006 Civic it was butt easy.

So I assume it still locates right under the glove-box, ehh.
Thanks m8

It is in the glove box and is extremely easy to replace on your own. You need to remove the little shelf in there to access the door in the back wall of the glove box but you can see it pretty clearly back there. Takes 1 min or so to do the swap.

Just a FYI Walmart now carries cabin air filters and they have Arm and Hammer baking soda in them. Something like fresh air is the name. For 18.00 compared to like 39 or so at the stealership.
