Do you wave?

The 2G TSX is just too common. I used to wave in my 1994 Toyota Celica... but yeah not so much in this. All old people in my neck of the woods (mind you, I'm old too...)

Saw a vortex blue 09-10 with white plastidip grille, maybe chrome wheels on 408 near ucf. Tried flashing I don't know if I wa fast enough. Anyone on here driving a vortex with white grille??

I still try to wave or flash other tsx on the road but usually they have no idea what's going on.

People in general are oblivious, especially those who buy these cars as luxury cars. Trust me. They don't care that you drive the same thing. As a matter of fact, they probably scoff when they see mods because they might even feel embarrassment or resentment because a bunch of hooligans are chopping the very same car they see as luxury. -End devils advocate role...
I hate those people too! Just the other day I had a guy in a CBP TSX, probably a '12 I think, complete cut me off and then decided he didn't need to be in my lane after all. I was like, wow bro, yer cool.
The ONLY friggin time anyone ever waved at me was when I was driving my friend's Mini around town. EVERY MINI that passed, waved. No shit. I was like, I have a real family! Yay! Never had that feeling since. Even when I was truckin' around town in a 370z. The GT-R only got me wild stares. Not enough around here to get a wave. But yeah my conclusion is if you want a wave get a Mini.

I get more looks and thumbs up from other modified cars, mostly subarus, 350/370's, s2k's etc.. I still try and flash other tsx's anyways though

i get weird looks....so i mostly stopped. i do still try a wave if its modded.
there is a wagon around here, a black one, some milf driving it, thinks I am a stalker cause I always stare. I tried the wave and the finger pointing from her car to mine mouthing 'nice wagon'. no recognition at all

I dont see how people can be so oblivious to cars. I mean its something most people spend $20,000+ on and most seem to not even know what they are driving. That's a lot of money spent on something and you use every day. At least pay attention enough to know "hey, that guy is waving at me and he is driving the same type of car!".

OK JOE,
Got my first wave back from a fellow tsxer. In rush hour last night there was a girl in a tsx next to me driving and we passed a few times and she actually smiled and waved back! She even had a personalized plate. First person who has actually cared they are driving the same car.

That's cool bro, I'm sure the family will only grow.

Was behind a fellow TSXer yesterday that had their rear covered with political and novelty bumper stickers. While it took every ounce of energy, I remained calm and did not assault them.

I'm not sure I've seen a single modded TSX here in KC, but now that I own one, I'll keep my eyes peeled.
When I had my R, I got a few nods, but honestly, my wife's Passion Red XC90 Sport gets WAY more comments than I ever got in the R.
I did have a guy walk by when I was washing it though and he came up and checked it out, inside and out. He was a nice dude and he said he has a couple of Volvos and I see him in a C30 R-Design occasionally. He was a cool dude.

I've never seen anyone in my age group driving a cu2 so I don't wave. :/ One time at night I saw a first gen with pink fogs, lowered, etc speeding pass me, saw it was a chick but couldn't get a good look at her.

I give a head nod if it's a mod Acura, but not if it's someone who doesn't care what they're driving. I don't understand people who get a car just to drive from point A to point B. For me it's a personal statement....I need to look good driving from point A to point B dammit!
