Connect battery without Seats Safe?

Hi,
I wanted to know if I am putting myself in danger of deploying the airbag if I connect the battery while both front seats are outside the car. Thank you

well the impact sensors are on the outside of the car so that's unlikely.. although if you remove all the seats and connect the car, you're likely going to have an SRS error that you'll need to reset with a more sophisticated scan tool

Typically the dealer has to reset it as it requires their tool or equivalent. Check a few of the threads above regarding SRS / "airbag light" reset.
