Srs light on

I swapped my seats today with some black oem seats and now my srs light is on, it blinks once and stays on. Is there anyway to reset it without taking it to the dealer, any help would be appreciated

Did you unplug the seats with the battery connected? The passenger seat has an OPDS Unit to detect if there is a passenger sitting in the passenger seat. and if this was disconnected, or left disconnected-it will set a code. I'm not sure you can't reset it without going to the dealer.

Well, that's most likely your problem

Unless you have proper experience,It helps to read about what you will be DIYing before you jump into it to know of possible problems that can hold you up, or tips that can help you.

Good luck. Dealer should charge you no more than 1 hour labor to reset light.
