Battery Drain

2013 TSX Wagon. Could the power window switch in the driver's door cause a parasitic drain on the battery when the switch is set to lock?

My car kept dying and i took it into the dealer and they said the ECU was causing parasitic drain.... They reset it and now it is fixed.

Is that switch powered with the key out? If no, then no. No energy in that circuit, nothing to drain.
