Anyone ever touched up the interior silver plastic?

I've had my new (to me) 09 TSX for about a week now and I'm really loving it. However there's a spot on the interior where the silver color that is on that band of plastic that runs across the bottom of the black on the dash has worn down. I'd like to touch it up. Has anyone had luck matching this color and can you provide me the details if you have?

Thanks in advance.

i wouldnt touch it up. if anything, id sand and just respray the whole thing to match it.
its not that big of a piece to do that to.

or you could just buy the gunmetal kit for $160.

or buy replacement pieces.

but seriously, if youre gonna paint it... just paint the whole thing so it matches.
a nice satin silver should do the trick.

+1 -- just repaint the entire thing --and use this type of paint made for plastic.

You could always wrap it in a solid color. I have wrapped many curved pieces with solid colors and they have turned out fine. I can see how the carbon would be hard.

I'm not either. I love the interior overall, but I wish they offered something else in place of those silver bands. I may be in the minority, but I was a fan of the wood grain in the first gen tsx. It broke up all the plastic nicely. The area I need to touch up is tiny, just a few millimeters in diameter, so I doubt I'll respray the whole thing. But thanks to everyone for their input.

Not just that but its fake wood so it won't fade like real wood in 10 years.

Thanks. I think that's like one of the first mods I did.
I hated that chrome beak.
Pretty easy wrap if you have a heat gun.
