I just picked up a 3 years 2012 wagon with 34k miles. Beige leather looked cherry. I have no idea how it looked before the dealer got their hands on the car, but it clearly either maintained the look or was cleaned easily enough.
Get black on black, best combo there is.
But honestly, I think it's easier to keep clean and will look the best in the long run. Also if you wear jeans a lot, the transfer of the dye to the seats will be noticeable on the beige. IMO I wasn't a fan of black exterior and beige interior anyways when getting my TSX.

Black gets just as dirty. I think you are saying you can't see the dirt as much as with a beige or light-colored interior. But it still requires cleaning.
I am not a big fan of black interiors. I had no choice as I wanted an MT, and Acura will only made the later models with black interiors (thank you Acura product planners).
Black can be stark and uninviting, to me. Too monochromatic. Plus I keep forgetting my wallet and phone on the passenger seat because I can't them easily when I exit.
It's a personal preference. What about gray?

remember to clean and condition your "leather"/leather; it'll do wonders for it a few years down the road.
i use the lexol products on all of my family's vehicles and the leather/"leather" is still supple and soft. i have beige/tan and i clean it about twice a year and it still looks great.
The darker leather is nice since it hides the dirtiness but the lighter shades makes you clean it which would promote long life. my next vehicle, i really want that saddle/red color.

I had 3 TSX's, all with black leather, and they were fine. I conditioned them often. On my new TLX I wanted something different and got the grey leather. I have to say I absolutely love it. I did get the leather protection and I do use a quality conditioning/cleaning cream regularly. As one of the Acura sale men who had formally sold furniture explained, the lighter colours will show less "cracking" than the black. It's really a question of taste - both light and dark leathers require care.
I use a CA duster weekly, and mine looks nice as his. Also windows are NEVER rolled down in my car during driving (I leave window down in garage), so barely any dust gathers.
