Hey everybody, wondering if anyone has purchased and installed an airbag cover from HPT or any other manufacture? And how difficult was it?

 

Yes it has been done.

Search. I forget who and when, offhand, but I asked someone who did it recently and they described what it took. It won't be too hard to find that post if you search.

Difficulty depends on you level of comfort with a drill and that perfectly good, and explosive, airbag you want to put the cover on.

It's not difficult. There is a non-zero likelihood of explosion and maiming. Worst case, death.
