92 Vs. 62 SMD V-Leds Switchbacks Type 2

Today i received my 92 smd switchbacks and installed it on the driver-side headlight.

Two things I immediately noticed:

1) The 60 smd leaves a heavy purple tint in the housing. I definitely looked very wrong because it didn't match 6000k at all. maybe 12000k lol.

2) the 92 smd gives a BRIGHT xenon 5000k-6000k temp and takes 1.1 seconds to switchback to white from signaling.

Color:

60 smd - leaves a purple tint in the housing. it doesn't match any of the bulbs. the temp looks like 12000k to me. bc at night you can clearly see the purple.

NIGHT PICTURES WHEN I INSTALLED THE 60 SMD. NOTICE THE COLOR DIFFERENCE AND THE PURPLE TINT.

92 smd - gives a super bright xenon white 5000k-6000k temp and no tint of purple. they match my 6000k almost perfectly and have a tint of blue.

Switching back to white:

60 smd - is faster at going back to white. it takes .9 seconds.

92 smd - is a bit slower and takes 1.1 seconds to switchback.

Resistors: i am still not sure on which ones to get. v-leds has 2 types and im not sure which are the correct ones...

the 3 OHM

or the 6 OHM

PICTURES:

i took 5 o'clock pictures which are the ones right below and i am about to go take 8 o'clock pictures. later on i will take more at 11.

Thanks!! What temp are your HIDs/Fogs? Do you think the purpleish tint could be the color correction of your camera? Or does it really just look purple in person? Cuz I remember Pyro sent me some pics of his fogs and they looked green but it's really not. I'm thinking if the 60 smd ones are the 6k version off their site, I might just get the 5k one and hope it looks like the 92 smd that you got? So...whacha gonna do with your extra bulbs? hmm??

No the purple is real. not a camera trick. it WAS annoying but now gone with the 6k 92 smd.

i want to sell the 60 smd but i might just return them.
