as someone who has done the s2k shopping experience before, I'd thoroughly examine the car to determine if it wasn't modified once in its previous life. My friend just bought one and after trying to install I/H/E, we realize the car had been tampered with.

If you plan on modding it, I'd go with a 2006+. You can plug in a Hondata Flashro and tune accordingly. It's the easiest tuning solution and allows you to tune so many parameters. Honestly, after driving and seeing my friend mod his, that thing would be a great replacement for the Mazda. That, with your TSX, will be a lot of fun. I/H/E/Tune will get you into low to mid 13s.

I am keeping the Mazda and have no plans on replacing it. Like the S2K it's unique and a piece of JDM history. The S2K has been sitting on the front lot of the VW dealership by the house for the last 2 weeks. I have been resisting temptation to NOT look at it. Knowing myself, if it's clean, I would be able to resist
