Makes the McLaren MP4-12C look 15 years old already

 

I saw a McLaren(I think the MP4) a few days ago at a bar. The bar has a big parking lot (valet only) and only one road leading to it, and he parked it on that street. $1/4 million car, doesn't want to pay $2 valet tip. I should have taken a picture even though it was almost dark.

 

That's how rich people stay rich yo...they cheap....makes sense if you think about it haha...people who ball outrageous....aka new money rich dont stay rich past their generation. The wealthy are those who can sustain being rich for many generations.

True. I guess it depends on the place vs what kind of street you'll be parked on. There was only one street to this bar so there was almost no traffic. The valet would literally drive your car 20ft to a parking space. It was also a mostly outside place, so you might even be able to see your car in the lot while at the bar.

I don't think I could drive a car like that. I am already stressed enough on where to park my car when I go places, I can't imagine how I'd feel if my car was $250k.

Aced Fluid Mechanics Test!! Machine Design was a different story though, hopefully still came out on top though.

Opposite way around for me. Fluids was taught by an adviser, so he was a real stickler on taking off points on his tests. Machine design wasn't too bad, I actually had decent teachers for a change for both MD1 and MD2.

 

Its ALLL about the professor. I had good Solid Mechanics professor and every topic flowed into the next so it was easy to pick up, since MD is pretty much solids on steroids I thought I'd be good at it. We have an asian professor that's never taught this class before and he literally reads the slides that came with our book. Then again when a test is only 2 questions, how is that supposed to really gauge what you have learned in the class??

Fluids=awesome. great professor, makes things simple, explains well, and adds applicable real life situations to help people understand.
