2G TSX Chat, Chit, and General Info Thread
I drove a ILX as a loaner 150 miles on Tuesday. Couldn't believe how small it was inside. It was peppy and a fun drive. Basically redlined it most of hte day on the onramps.
The shifter area looked very cheap. Otherwise decent little car.
I can't stand the ugly wheels on the TLX.
Oh well, I am poor and have a TSX wagon (per the TLX forum), cuz TSX are too entry level and cheap for their tastes.

My last two DD (before I took drugs and bought a hybrid were boosted), MS3 and Outback XT. While fun, I am over the boost part (currently). Coming form a hybrid, my wagon feels like an Asian Hellcat
Who knows how long it will last. I am hoping to keep the car 12 months

In 6 weeks of ownership (2 weeks were vacation), car has been driven 2100 miles.
My favorite part of the TSX, that the computer itself sets the trip meter to 0 after I fill up. All automakers should copy that. My second most favorite thing is the gas tank range. I am getting almost 450 miles between fillups.
My hated part of the car are the horrendous rear view camera that looks like its from 1935 and the 1989 navigation.
I have only seen 1 other TSX wagon in the last 6 weeks here in Los Angeles.
and I LOVE my TSX wagon!
WOOT

I've been thinking about reverse engineering some CAD files for the sills in case I wanted to play around with making something but it's pretty low priority for me right now and if you'd be willing to share that would be cool.
If not, well, no worries there either!

^^ I did that. BUt I put in "miles" and it brought up tons of threads.
I was looking for a high mileage thread. So to search titles only, I used advanced search, which doesn't allow TSX forum.
Gues the TLX boys are right, us TSX owners are irrelevant human beings.

Are you getting them done in lexan or aluminum? and did I read a while back that you got a dxf or stp file or something for the sills?

Dumb question alert
On other forums, there is a "user CP" button. Usually if I press it I can see all threads i am subsribed to.
I can't find it on this forum. Can someone help?
Maybe a rich TLX owner can help a dumbo TSX owner like me ? :p

So picked up my TSX wagon at the dealer. Super hot cashier girl. Says "is that your wagon"
me: umm ya, why did you guys mess something up
her: laughs, no but I really want a wagon and I cant find one. They also never come in here for service
LOL

I also have my TRIP A set to reset every time I fill up and trip B every time I restart the car. Love all the instant info.
I don't think our Trip B is as fancy as yours. I don't think it resets everytime I start it. Be pretty cool actually
Whatever. I like to drive things, other people hate on
