my local shop wants $70 but they will redo it anytime for free within 6 months.

Also what the fuck $900? Is that including the springs?

As for the fouls, not sure exactly which ones you're getting at, but the personal fouls were pretty even, 26 called on the Nets to 28 on Toronto. Toronto also had 3 more free-throw attempts in the game. The Nets just pulled out a gutty win, I don't think the Raptors ever had the momentum to push them over the Nets. That's what I saw from halftime and the last few minutes.
There were a few fouls in the 3rd and 4th quarters on the Raptors that were very, very questionable. The one that pissed me off the most was Lowry getting a blocking foul when it was clearly a charge. We gave up at least a point here from the resulting free throws.

Back on the other end, a VERY similar play happened where DeRozen was given a charge. I agree, it was a charge. But if you're not going to call it at the other end, you don't call it at this end either. His basket went in, but obviously didn't count. This could've been a 3 point play (two to say the least). Instead, it was zero.

Actually, there were quite a few fouls they called on Amir Johnson that were questionable as well, which eventually got him ejected from the game. And he was on fire. He could've made the difference in the game.

I agree the Raptors didn't exactly have the upper hand in this game, but this was partly because of questionable calls given to them like the ones mentioned above. I'm not even sure if the Raptors ever had the lead since the second quarter TBH, so yeah I agree their performance wasn't top tier. But if Amir didn't get ejected, and Lowry didn't get that blocking foul or DeRozen not getting the charge (to say the least), we probably would have won.

I know I'm just ranting my ass off because I'm a Raptors fan. I still believe the NBA is scripted though . Only Lillard can beat the script.

There's a DIY somewhere on here exactly for the S Techs. Check that out to gauge the level of difficulty involved. It's pretty simple IMO.

I like H&R better.

Also, check out the Suspension/Wheels/Etc... sub-forum, there are at least 3 threads comparing H&R to H/S-Techs.

Eh, I don't know or at least I don't believe it. I'd have to go back and really watch the game. Of course in reffing a game, mistakes are going to be made when you go and look back, it's already happened 2-3 times in the playoffs where the league admits a call should or shouldn't have been made. Unless it's blatantly obvious what happened, I don't really buy into the conspiracy stories, especially when the calls are even for both teams. The only series I know for sure was rigged in terms of calls was the Lakers and Kings in 2002 Game 6, the whole Tim Donaghy issue...poor Kings.

I didn't even know Amir was ejected though. That sucks, I know he had 18 points or so and then he picked up his 4th foul.

There is a place that near the university. It's off of Forsyth, called carlitos tires. Kowloon recommended me there. Dropped it off around 10:00am and picked it up like at 4:00. They did a good job, and really a great price.

Not sure why I'm getting an alignment, but the shops I called said it was necessary, and some people on here said it was. Gonna do some more research. And who's your guy that does it for $50?! I asked this place near me and evs.

Has anyone ever seen a set of MB Battles on the Cu2 TSX? One of the guys in the Houston crew has a set on his TL which I've seen a few times, but I'm having a hard time visualising the wheels on the TSX. These are the ones:

Probably in Gunmetal/Gray instead of Bronze though

^^yup those are the ones in the first picture. Now that I look at it I think I would need a but of a drop to pull of the look right. And it's wheels or drop right now. That VBP TSX on the Works is amazing.. One of my favorites. If only there weren't so expensive.
I saw a pic of Work Meisters on a TSX and..

That color is so sexy. I've seen that owner of the VBP with the picture I posted put some stuff on instagram, he has the V6 one also with an exhaust. Sounds sooo good.

Are you trying to trade for the VBP one or is it for your brother? Lol.

Looks like I can get a set of XXR's for $600 in 18". I'm tempted since it's like the only good looking wheel in my price range.. IDK if I should though.. Don't want a cracked wheel.. But they look sexy.. Have some concavity too...

So I'm about to box and send my phone in for repair. Take the Sim card out and that's when I notice my old phone doesn't use a Micro Sim card. Son of a bitch. Probably have to see if the T-Mobile store near me carries an adapter.

I got an adapter for a few cents on eBay. You can also just make one by cutting up an old credit card.

There is the risk of them cracking and then there is also the risk of the finish on the wheel failing and peeling off... from what I've read on them. Save up and get something better quality.

Yeah I was looking to buy one from there, didn't want to be phone-less for the time it takes to ship out though. I already bought the damn shipping label so I need to ship it out by tomorrow now, if not today. An article did say they started selling these in stores for $5.

Also looking at Bremmer Kraft.. $660-720 for a set in 18". Not sure on the quality, but a lot of guys on the BMW forums run them. I like the BR10's (rep. Enkei TSP6).

If Acura would have just made the OEM SE wheels in 18" and charged a few more bucks, I wouldn't have to go through this. And I would've finished my homework instead of looking at wheels.

Just lower your car and save up and get nice wheels later.

I'm doing springs and tires right now.... i'll replace my wheels eventually..
