The KN filter does nothing. waste of money imo.

I saw a post where somebody had done a test, the stock filter outflows what the engine actually takes in anyways.

the WIX is the better of the oil filters. but I use Fram oil filters anyway, as long as you regularly change the oil.

if we're talking about air filters, OEM would be best. If you can, compare your air filter with the Fram and Wix. I bet you the OEM one is made of better materials and is put together better.

and wtf, do you really really need an air filter? does it get dusty in OrlandO?

My bad, I was talking about the engine air filter not oil.

What do you mean by if I really need the air filter? Lol.

It's only bad when there is road construction going on. Other than that, it's about average on the dust scale I assume lol.

i check my brothers truck and mothers Kia's air filter often. and they're not that dirty, at all.
my TL sits all day, so it's an unfair comparison.

but damn, your city MUST BE SUPER dirty to clog up an air filter.

I never said it was clogged. I bought a 2011 used and wasn't sure the last time it was changed so figured I'd do it. I actually looked yesterday and it wasn't looking bad, I could definitely use it much longer if I wanted.

I was leaning toward k&n since its reusable but guess I'm going oem. Which website would have the best price?

there is ABSOLUTELY no reason to change it.

a dirty air filter will only affect performance and the stock filter outflows the throttle body.
so you would need A FILTHY CLOGGED FILTER to impede flow to the throttle body to notice anything is wrong.

So you're saying that second gif of yours was Alison? I didn't even realize, hence why I went with Rachel Williams. Guess I britta'd it.

Hmm, I guess. I'll get some shots if anything, but it was nothing near clogged. Maybe a few center pleats but that's about it.

the cabin air filter on the other hand, gets dirty very quickly and can impede air conditioning

Is XXR any good though? I like their designs, but I've heard many bad things about the quality of their wheels.

they are very affordable. take that anyway you want to.
for someone that cant afford $2000 rims+tires, XXR's do the job nicely! especially with their reps or look a likes of other brand name wheels.
Most of the Houston acurazine members run XXR's.
only cuz that cant afford anything else

I haven't read anything about the quality being bad.

All i want is a lightweight 18" wheel with a simple design. I don't like most of the ugly stuff people put on with giant chrome lips or weird designs.

I'm fine if the quality is good.. I just don't want the wheels cracking/falling apart while I'm driving like this http://jalopnik.com/5953859/this-guy...is-blaming-him

This is why I've been looking for a set of the OEM 18's since I cannot afford HRE's or ADV1's.

These don't seem bad then:

http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...All&sort=Price

$684 for the set.

Bridgestone Potenza Re760 sport is $560 for the set.

Oh nice find. I like the way those look too. 22lb vs 25lb for stock. Actually the xxrs were somehow lighter at 20lb (unless that's a straight up lie)

I mean the 18" V6 ones.

Acura charges $2,264 and $800 for crappy MXM4 tires in 18" size.
+ Whatever it was for installation.

I lol'd when this is what I was quoted by the dealer.
