it would, but then you gotta avoid glass, plus you can disable the alarm with the wires under the wheel, cant disable broken glass. people dont pay attention to alarms, they do hear glass breaking and then an alarm tho

On another note, my battery died today while I was at the Mass General Hospital. I asked the MGH Police to give me a jump...turns out their jump starter was discharged. Had to walk about a mile to the nearest auto zone, buy a battery, then walk back to my car and install it. #TheStruggle

I figured if I had to buy a new battery, I might as well get something that won't die on me all the time... so I went with the Yellow Top from Optima. Had one on my old Civic and it was great!!

Yeah, I've been reading a lot about this. Ever since they shut down their Colorado plant and began production in Mexico, people are saying their quality isn't the same. However, I've never had any bad experiences with Optima myself so I'd rather not listen to the he-say she-say crap and just go by personal experience. The one on my Civic lasted me about 5 years until I sold the car last summer.

The Sears Diehard Platinum is supposedly a rebadged Odyssey, which is an amazing battery company as well.

i dunno about texas but in jersey for the most part, it is totally your fault if you rear end someone. the only exception is if they backed up into you but then you have to actually prove that that is what happened. more often than not that is pretty fucking difficult. is it totalled or salvageable?

Yeah because they'll just argue the fact that you didn't leave enough space between you and the car in front of you to be able to stop in case anything like the above happens... which I think is complete BS because there are some fucktard drivers who brake when they aren't supposed to.
