Seems pretty good to me. I got a price of 30310 off the bat without negotiating.

They gave me lease numbers of 378-388 for 10K and 390-399 for 12k.
That's with 3000 on my trade in ...

Does that include tax, tags and fees?

Where are you located?

Time to head back to the dealer and put some work in for sure!

Good luck!

I got a base 10 when they first came out for 330 a month with 0 down. Including taxes and fees and a free oil change. So sounds like you got a not bad deal

You could save some more money a month if you weren't rolling negative equity into the lease. Anyway, I feel like I got a bad deal now. 0 down 399 a month (base '12), first month paid, free oil changes for the life of the car, 15k miles. I used the program that Acura had in determining the numbers.

I put $2000 down which paid for all fees, and I pay $289/mo with a $18k residual at the end. This is for 10k miles a year.

For a base 12 or a SE?

Base models have a lower MF .00078 which helps lower the payment. Acura is charging a little more interest on the SE.

I've never leased before, but I DO love looking at the numbers an comparing them, and man Acuras really hold they're values. 62% residual. Looking at your numbers they do look pretty good to me, especially for a rare car (SE 6spd). Your MF translates in 2.448%. When leasing you should put down as less as you can, but $2000 due at signing for the fees/1st payment sound really good.

I'm with ya Acura_Dude. I typically only lease so I look for cars that have a high residual (just means less on the payment)

My 09 Jetta had a residual of 54 or 55% (cant remember) and the TSX is only about $45 more a month. Yet the selling price difference was $10k.

I was also considering a new VW GLI or Passat TDI but they have lower residuals which would mean a higher payment than what I got the TSX for.

I pick it up tomorrow night and if the weather holds, I will take some pictures.

BTW I appreciate the feedback guys. Looking forward to driving the car.

I do remember reading somewhere that 50% or more on a residual was really good, especially when we're talking about 55%+ It's crazy how Acura has some of the highest values on the market. But those numbers look really good. Maybe you'll like the car soooo much you'll buy it at the end of the lease an drive it till the wheels fall off. I can guarantee your motor will outlive the cars body.

I've seen some cars that drop value faster than a pigeon can crap.....and thats alot.

I picked up the car last night (sucks thats it rained yesterday and today).

The dealer either messed up the numbers or they tried to pull a fast one on me.

I will spare the details of what happened but in the end I was right in questioning the numbers and as a result my monthly payment dropped another $18. $320 a month is my new payment. I think I did pretty well.

Weather should clear up tomorrow so I will try to get it cleaned up and take some pictures.

Anybody know where I can pick up a rear spoiler for the trunk? I am looking for the one that does not require drilling. And not from a dealer...

Thanks.

Congrats on the new vehicle. You can purchase a oem lip spoilder and use some extra adhesive instead of drilling holes in the trunk. There's a diy on one of the forum links, modifications prob?

Thanks guys. I was searching alot yesterday for the lip spoiler. I think I have found one on ebay that I might go with. I will use the extra adhesive so I don't have to drill. Also considering tinting the tails since that is what I do

I got the Bellanova White Pearl. Today is the first day with no rain and the weather should be nice for the next few days so I will get it cleaned up and snap some pictures.

So far so good with the car. I really like the car. Far better than my 09 Jetta. The only thing the Jetta was better at was that it has more torque than the TSX because it had the 2.0t.

Congrats to all you new owners.

I saw a BWP SE yesterday on the road in Arlington, VA and it looks great in person. I love the rear diffuser thingy. Good look all round. The darker paint on the rims makes the spokes look slightly slimmer, IMO, which is a good thing.
