2012 SE Bumper?
Will the 2012 SE Rear bumper fit a 2010? I called the dealer and they are not sure if it would fit. I dont think the dealer know anything, sad but true....

Yes it will fit, not sure if they come pre-painted like the aero/Modulo bumpers. If it is, check if your 2010 paint color is available in 2012 model year, otherwise you will need to order that SE bumper (which is the Type S/GT bumper in Europe and Japan) overseas.
A shop in Canada Speedstar import the bumper from Japan, it takes 4 to 6 weeks because they save on shipping by going via ocean freight.
Good luck.

dunno why we have these price discrepancies, i saw 300, so did someone else, some other guy said 600, some other guy said 1300,
but if you go to bernardi parts and go parts-> tsx 2012-> SE TECH -> bumper -> rear bumper-> ull see what i think i saw

Yeah, i just looked it up on bernardi. part number 04715-TL0-A80ZZ
But in the diagram, it doesn't look like the type-s bumper. perhaps just too new for new schematics but the same bumper?
Bellanova white pearl still sounds badass to me.

Thanks for the Bernardi info.
Funny thing though, you have to order the front and rear bumper unpainted (primer), but you can order the Type S/SE side skirt painted in (MILANO RED; ALABASTER SILVER METALLIC; WHITE ORCHID PEARL/BELLANOVA WHITE PEARL; CRYSTAL BLACK PEARL).

$278 is extremely cheap for a full bumper. The JDM CU2 Sport Rear Bumper alone cost $800 (sold by Speedstar). I'm tempted to get this and then get the JDM Type-S front lip later. Here's some pics from another forum.

I'm almost positive the 2011-12 rears will fit the 2009-10. It's really just a few bumper bolts and I'd be surprised if the placement of these bolts varied between the years. You can check out my install thread for pictures of the bolt locations.
Here's what the rear looks like on my CBP:

ANYBODY ELSE KNOW A PLACE WHERE THEY SELL THE BUMPER CHEAPER?

Shipping was that much? I was looking at the painted aero rear bumper on bernardi for $504. If shipping to CA was $250, then shipping to Texas would probably be slightly less at around $200. That kind of kills the deal for me. At that price I'll be better off going to the dealership.

^I guess Speedstar $800 prepainted bumper charge is not too much out of line. I think they quoted me $100 shipping cost within Canada, but Hawaii would definitely cost a lot more (no ground shipment available).
The Aero/Modulo bumper looks good too (I have that on myself), you may want to consider that alternative as they come paint-matched

^Sent them an email or phone them for a quote on a 2011 GLM aero bumper, if the price and shipping cost is reasonable, then proceed. Or better yet, take their quote and see if your local dealer would price match and save yourself shipping cost.

they are in MA. i called and asked shipping to NJ for the rear bumper, they said 110 to a commercial adress or 170 to a private adress. i think they have to freight ship it because of its size, and hawaii includes air freight because you can't ground ship on water

those ebay sides are too bulky. take a look at defcons posts. you're better off getting the SE sides or aero sides. I think you should go with the SE bumper if you already have the SE front and sides.

So is the SE bumper on the 2012 the same front bumper as the "base" TSX for 2012? With just the addition of the front lip, rear lip and side skirts.....or is the whole bumper different on the SE?

Front bumper is the same on both SE and regular with the addition of the two front lips on the SE. Entire rear bumper is different on SE vs regular. SE also adds side skirts.
