i have figured the tech pkg will cost and extra $43/mo. 43*60= $2580, that's one expensive GPS/Stereo. also, every time i update my nav that will cost ($99, at the special price) thats a new GPS unit every update...

imo, the ELS system makes the tech package well worth the extra money. also, most people don't update their nav disc each year (at least what I've read on this site) unless you live in a place with constantly changing roads. I don't plan on updating mine for another year or so.

i think ive done enough research to find out that the best OTD price i can get will be $30,000 TTT, OTD for the Tech and $27,000 for non-tech. do these numbers sound "do-able?" im going to test drive today.

if you can swing it...id definitely go for the tech. are you looking at a MT or AT? You might be able to negotiate more for a MT as they're less popular. Also, you won't need to update the GPS more than once every three years.

Perfect reason to buy a MT! She'll never be able to drive your car!!!

Good luck with the purchase, whatever you do, don't cave! Make them come to your price, they will eventually.

my soon to be wife doesn't drive MT either - didn't stop me from getting the 6MT!

btw, the 6MT is much more fun to drive than the 5AT!

the issue with the M/T is they may not have any on the lot or anywhere near...may be slim pickins.

You have lots of room to negotiate. I got a quote TSX withTech package at just over $28.3K, without any negotiating.

All depends if there is another Acura dealer in town. If there is competition they will deal more. If you are willing to get a 2010, I would wait until December 31st, every dealer will be dying to get cars off of their lots to meet their sales quotas....

Just picked up a 2011 RDX and spoke to Internet Director about manual TSXs (I have 09 TSX M/T). He said virtually impossible to get one these days. In fact he's got a customer looking for a 2011 one and there is only one in stock at all Texas dealers! Talk about slim pickings!!!!

Yes, the only way I could have gotten one was if I ordered directly through Honda but then I would have had to wait three months for it to be built and all. (My wife works for Honda Financial). I went on and got the 2010 A/T with Tech Package though.

I was quoted $30,500 by Rallye Acura in New York for the 4 cyclinder with Tech Package. Seemed kind of high to me with the 2011 model year coming out now.

Who's the salesman there that you've been speaking to? I also got mine from Hendrick Acura.

The salesman that I've spoke with were Dick Wilson and I've spoke with Jerri as well. I plan on calling a couple of dealerships to see what they can offer since that price seems more appropriate for the 2011 model year.

Exactly. ELS system makes even the dive to the bank entertaining. Long trips are the best.

Let me know what they do an I bet i can beat their price at my dealer. I send them 2 people a month almost. Its 3.5hr drive but my brother who lives in Charlotte ended up doing the same thing when he bought his 2010 Pilot.

i waited about two years to update the navi on mine, it was 4.6version to 4.9. i took the opportunity of the $99 special and got it, especially the roads down in Florida has been changing around my area.

Not too good to be true. I just got a leftover 10 - picked it up last night. $29260 Grigio 6-speed with tech. It's really nice.

Sounds about right. Last week I picked up a 2010 with tech for $29K- including destination fee, free splash guards and floor mats. You might be able to get one for even less than that, depending on how many they have available.

If this is for the 2011 TSX with Tech, I would say this is an awesome price. Make sure the price was not for the 2010. In the Bay Area, CA the cheapest I could get was for 30,300 + Tax/registration. I got one, Graphite/Ebony...

I was just looking at their website, and I do not see a 2011 TSX listed. I see the 2010, so probably it might be the 2010 pricing they gave you. Pls double check to make sure. If it really was $29.400, RUN and get it..

Sundat, I tried to PM you and didn't work due to storage limit. I am looking for a 2011 TSX with tech package in the SF Bay Area too. Would you tell me the salesman and dealer where you got the car for $30300? Did your price include any accessory like floormat? Thanks.

I had made a deal yesterday with a leasing company for $30,800 for the 2011 with Tech and was prepared to take delivery yesterday but the guy called me today and told me 0.9% financing is no longer available on the 2011 TSX so I will hold off on the purchase since the financing they have available at 3.9% will end up adding $2,300 over the course of the loan. Hopefully Acura will end up extending there financing offers.

I dont know why my PM box says its 100% full, I dont have any messages....coming to the price, it depends on lot of factors like timing/trading etc..which you might know...I bought it on the 31st dec..kind of like the black friday for cars, so I guess I was a little bit lucky...try Brian-Autowest stevenscreek, Raqueel-Oakland..
I would advise to work on and stick to the best pricing...accessories can be bought elsware much cheaper... I did not have any accessories included..
