2009 TSX 2nd Gen Driver Door Jamb Switch Issue

I have a 2009 TSX that will not turn on the interior lights when the driver door is opened. I have checked the switch itself and even swapped with a door that is working and still nothing. It is a pain because if you unlock the doors with the remote you have to crank it quickly or the doors will lock back on their own and I don't want my daughter to accidentally lock the keys in the car. If your not careful you can set the alarm off if the doors lock back and you turn the ignition key on.

When I measure the voltage going to the switch I am only getting 9.1 volts. On the other doors I am getting 11.9 volts. Is it possible that the Drivers MICU is bad?

I have traced the wire from the MICU to the switch and everything appears normal, no pinches or corrosion that I can see.

Anything special to change the MICU other that sweat, time, and maybe some blood? I assume its not a dealer item that needs programming.
