Will These Be Ok! Plz Help

Hey guys, i know there are thread out there and ready to go but i want to make sure the rims i am going to order are going to work. Here is the info:

Rims:
Gianelle Wheels V-5 19x8.5 inch Chrome Offset FWD=
Offset is +45

Wheels:
Z-Rated Tires from Falken, available in size 225/35/ZR19 OR 235/35/ZR19.

WHICH WHEELS SHOULD I GET? 225/35/ZR19 OR 235/35/ZR19.

Experts, please let me know guys

What don't you understand about:
