Pillow Ball upper mounts replace the stock rubber bushing with actual metal bearings. Gets rid of the flex. Loud as hell though. My buddy has Tein Flex coilovers in his Prelude with the Pillow Ball option and rattles like an SOB on bumps. I had them in the front Camber/Caster plates on my Mustang and they weren't that bad, but they did make a racket on rough roads.

Are the height and dampening adjustments independent of each other?

The EDFC module appears to only have a +/- for the fronts and backs...

Sorry if this is too basic a question... Thanks all...

Thanks... No, my question was not whether you could control the left and right independently... It makes sense that you would want the rears and fronts in synch...

My question was whether or not you could control height and ride harshness independently...

That is, can you decide you want your ride to be:
* Raised and smooth
* Raised and firm
* Lowered and smooth
* Lowered and firm

I don't see anything on the controls that tells me this is possible...

Height adjustability and damping adjustability are controlled independently.

You can slam your car, but you can set the damping at the softest setting and still have a pretty decently soft ride.
