Right now I am temporarily riding on Eibach Pro-Kits and stock suspension. I like the drop on it, there's approximately a 2 finger gap between the tire and the fender.

I have seen someone with the same springs with Tokico HPs with a lower drop for some reason.

Will HPs lower my car even more?

I had Koni Reds on and some H&Rs on my Accord before and the car was slammed. Even though the H&Rs were only suppose to drop the car 1.7 in the front and 1.5 in the back.

it may settle a little more than the rating, but if you get the springs for the 02-03 you wont have as much sag in the rear.

is that pic your current setup?

Yep that's the current setup. The springs are used will it still settle?

it will settle a very marginal amount. since they are used they have already settled for the most part.
