TL type S wheels on a 2000 TL?

Can you put TL Stype wheels with the provided Michelins or other comparable ones on a regular 2000 TL? No modifications needed or rubbing the wheel well involved?

If not, does anyone recommend a simillar type wheel and tire package for the 2000 TL?

The goal is to improve handling and the looks of the car compared to the stock wheels.

thanks all.

type s rims do fit your 00 tl. Just do a search and you will see plenty of TLs with type S rims. I have 02 type s chrome rims on my 99 . They fit fine .

I am not an expert, but I read the wheels will probably fit, but not designed for the 00 TL. They will put stress on your suspension. CALL Acura service department and talk to a veteran mechanic.

Holy old thread, 6 years old.

No wheels put stress on suspension, there is no such thing. The only limit to wheels is bolt pattern, offset, and size.
