tein ss ?

After a good amount of time last night searching through old threads I can up with a couple of observations. The first observation was that some people were not happy with the stock springs that came in the tein ss package b/e the springs would bottom out due to the weight of our cars. The second observation is that people were replacing the stock springs with springs that have a higher rating in order to alleviate the problem. With that said I have 2 questions:

1. I think I know but what exactly does it mean when you say that springs bottom out.
2. Does this happen at all adjustment levels or only when the springs are at the softest levels.

Thanks in advance.

I had problems with the brembos making mad noise...so I decided to get that fixed before anything...I didnt want Acura bitching about the warranty in any way!

Now, I'm here eagerly waiting at the local import shop to finish the back suspension!

As for the shoes...they aint done yet!?!

Ron Jon has till Feb. 18th (3 months)...But I aint gonna rush him either.

How bout you dawg...how's your car going? Post your thread if you got one.

Nothing special yet, but this week I pick up a few things. Springs, lip and I might do the pulley this week too.

I have the TeinSS and I didn't have to go with higher compression springs. I rarely bottom out and only when I'm riding loooooow.

It'll be fine.

Well the Tein SS are on...
Its raining over here in "sunny" Florida...so i got to test them out in the rain...and let me tell you they suck in the rain big time! Maybe cuz of the wheel allignment...but I have to wait for that!
The car got lowered aprox 2.5 inches...or just enought for there to be NO wheel GAP...again just enough for it not to have a wheel gap.

Maybe I'm being paranoid...but now I hear some bubbleing watery sound coming from the front passenger wheel well close to the engine...very low sound...basically I would only notice it.

God im so paranoid...I think the installation peoples (since they had it all day long) prob took it for a joy ride one to many times! with it being loaded...cuz ALL the head rest were up and I always have them down!!!

Anyways this shit is really bothering me! I know I'm probably the only person that would notice it (the sound) but I dont know what the hell it can be!!!

I'll have Acura take a look at it next oil change...hopefully its no biggy

Performance wise its the same...maybe they engaged vtec one to many times...and broke something??? or redlined it took long???

Help me out anyone!!! I'm going crazy over here just thinking about what can be wrong with my ride!
