Tein H VS S Tech
I have a 2002 3.2 TL and want to lower it keeping my stock struts for now.
What would be the difference between the H and S tech springs.
I know u should change the struts too but i may be selling the car in 6 months so i dont want to dump $600-800 in a car i may sell since i have to relocate to California in January and i am getting a company car at the same time, depending on how much my rent is going to cost will determine if i keep the car or not.
So for now I will be happy to spend the $250 for springs and if i keep it add different struts later so which should i go for.
Thanks

I had the H-Techs b4 I bought my Tein SS coilovers. The H-Techs ride VERY smooth and offer a 1.5 inch drop in the front and a 1 inch drop in the rear. They are considered "luxury masters". The S-Tech offers a more agressive drop and a more firm ride, but not harsh. These are considered the "sport". I believe the S-Tech is 2.2 inch front drop and a 1.7 rear drop. So it really depends what you are trying to do with your car. I would go with S-Tech, I didnt think my H-Techs were low enough, but that is all up to you. Good luck!

If you are only going to drop between 1"-1.5", I'd get the H&Rs. Your stock struts may be able to handle them for a while, but you will eventually have to get new ones. If you are going to drop 2", I'd get the Eibachs. Your stock struts will definitely not like that much of a drop. If you are installing yourself, then fine, but if you are having them installed I'd suggest you just get the springs and struts installed together so you don't have to pay for installation twice. KYB struts are a relatively cheap purchase and can handle the drop.

Anybody have an H-Tech setup on their car? I'm interested in this setup and would like to see some pics. I don't want it too low because I HATE bottoming out and I don't want to risk damaging my new OEM lip kit.
